Campaign Management

1) Create a new campaign
Planning a new campaign is very easy with MailOffice. Indeed, this step requires only a few clicks:
  • to define your target using the predefined contact lists
  • to select the email to send
  • to choose a date of sending
2) Analysis of campaign results
The analysis module of MailOffice lists all the information needed to monitor your campaigns.
On the one hand, you display a 1-click overview of your campaigns along with their key figures.
And on the other, for each campaign, eight components are available with the following data:
  • overview with graphical analysis
  • email sent
  • list of links
  • mailing list (email addresses)
  • Returns (bounces)
  • unsubscriptions (Opt-Out)
  • opens
  • clicks (who clicked where, when, who is it, contact information, tel, fax, address, NACE code, etc ...)
