The MailOffice platform has modules for list management:
  • an module to import (Excel file, ...)
  • a rental module (with interface for segmentation)

2. Creating your email
Full-Service
We handle the full development of your email.
This includes different services:
  • writing or review of your texts (copywriting)
  • layout / graphics
  • HTML producing
Self-Service
From email templates available to you (or created especially for you), you compose your own email using an editor, very simple to use.

Moreover, the email composition module allows you:
  • to manage / import easily your images
  • to specify the links of your emails
  • to import your own HTML file if available
3. Testing and optimization of your email
This step is to submit your email to a set of tests and optimize its structure.
It is necessary that your email is tested against two criteria:
  1. compatibility with different email programs

  2. its behavior towards the spam filters

Full-Service
We perform various quality checks of the email and if necessary we optimize the code of the email.

From a technical point of view, an email is always translated into HTML. This code must follow certain syntax rules to ensure the universality of its display and its validation with spam filters.
We have an extensive know-how in this field which allows us to solve any problem in displaying of email or spam.
Self-Service
Our platform has two test modules:
  1. a module for spam test

  2. a module to test email display

Through the use of templates already optimized when creating your email, the risk of problems during testing are minimized.

In case of problems, our support will bring you a solution.

Self-Service
A planning module allows you to program in advance, in 3 clicks, the sending of your campaigns.
